1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak festive seasons (Diwali, Rakhi, etc.), processing time may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.

3. Delivery Timeframe

  • Metro Cities: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
  • Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch. *(Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.)*5. Order Tracking
    • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with tracking details.
    • You can track your shipment through our courier partner’s website or by contacting our support team.
    Packaging
    • All products are securely packed to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.
    • In case of any damage at the time of delivery, please refuse the parcel and contact us immediately.

    Delayed or Missing Deliveries
    • If your order is delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us with your order number.
    • We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.

    Festive Season Deliveries
    • During high-demand periods, we recommend placing orders at least 7–10 days in advance to ensure on-time delivery.
