Return Process

  1. Customer contacts your support (email or phone) with:
    • Order number and purchase details.
    • Description of the issue (with photos if relevant).
  2. Your team reviews the claim and may request evidence before approving the return.
  3. Offer return instructions once approved.

Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
    • Refund processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed itemsβ€”unless the issue was due to quality control at your end.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling.
  • Lack of proof of purchase.

Exchanges

  • Offer replacements for defective or incorrect items.
