4. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Refund processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed items—unless the issue was due to quality control at your end.
- Items damaged due to customer handling.
- Lack of proof of purchase.
6. Exchanges
- Offer replacements for defective or incorrect items.
- Customers should request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery
7. Cancellation Policy
