4. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
    • Refund processed within 7 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed items—unless the issue was due to quality control at your end.
  • Items damaged due to customer handling.
  • Lack of proof of purchase.

6. Exchanges

  • Offer replacements for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers should request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery

7. Cancellation Policy
