Cancellation/Refund Policy
RETURN POLICY:
1. Any products damaged or used cannot be returned. 2. Products whose warranty period is over as per the warranty card cannot be returned. 3. Return pickup facility available at any of our stores only on Fridays, 12:30 pm to 6:30 pm, again terms and conditions apply.
**DELIVERY/CANCELLATION POLICY;**
1. A tracking ID will be provided once the products you have ordered are shipped. 2. Extra charges are applicable on orders out of the jurisdiction. 3. Cancellation requests are accepted and refunds will be initiated only if the products you have ordered are yet to be shipped and not after. 4. Successful cancellations confirmed from our end will be refunded fully, for DEBIT/CREDIT card/ NEFT/Bank payments, it may take 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account. 5. The mode of refund will be the same as the mode of payment initiated by the customer at the time of purchase.
